Our Mission
Our mission is to ignite a lifelong passion in children, young adults, and parents through the vibrant tapestry of local gardens and the culinary arts programs. We are deeply committed to celebrating and cultivating the boundless possibilities inherent in food, agriculture, and culinary innovation. We believe that education and career paths are as diverse as the ingredients; and we recognize that not every child is destined for a traditional four-year college. Our nation is rich with opportunity for flourishing farmers, ingenious chefs, and skilled tradespeople who are the backbone of our food and beverage industry. Through hands-on experiences, educational programs, and community engagement, we aim to sow the seeds of knowledge and nurture the growth of individuals who will sustain and enrich the very fabric of America’s food culture
Our Programs
•Renovating school gardens: This can offer numerous benefits to both teachers and students. Not only does it provide a space for environmental education and hands-on learning, but it also encourages healthy eating habits and encourage kids to love cooking.

Our goal is to inspire the next generation of chefs or simply individuals who find joy in the kitchen and promote the value and pleasure of creating meals from scratch.

By choosing a picturesque farm or garden as our setting, we prepare splendid meals using the freshest produce sourced directly from the venue.
